現在進行形の現在だからこそ、読むべき戦争体験者の声。

戦争を知らない私にとって、机上では戦争を繰り返してはいけないとわかっているけれど、自分事にするには想像力が必要なのです。
かわいいタッチの絵が特徴のこの漫画、内容は決して優しい物語ではありません。

20歳～25歳ほどの若者が殺すか死ぬかの世界で、国のために戦っていた時の心の葛藤ゆえの苦しさや、他人の言葉を本当に信じていいのか・・・心が休まることのない日々がいつまで続くのかと考えると息が吸えなくなりそうです。

戦争体験の疑似体験を繰り返し身体に叩き込むには刺激のある漫画です。

創業100年以上で船舶の焼玉エンジンメーカーからスタートし、現在はNC旋盤や縦型マシニングセンタを使い、産業機械設備の部品加工や精密機械の加工が得意。

現在は昔に使われていた焼玉エンジンを整備し、試運転会を月に1回ほど開催しておられます。

2/9 臨時休業とさせていただきました。こういう時の判断難しいですよね。早めに昨日のお昼に会社には来ないように連絡させてもらいました。北区の人はやはり渋滞に巻き込まれていたのではないでしょうか。

I informed all employees around noon yesterday not to come to the office.
People living in the northern district might otherwise have gotten stuck in traffic.

兵庫県立兵庫工業高校さまを訪問し、企業交流会に参加しました。

1班9名と少人数でお話をさせてもらえたので、コミュニケーションが取りやすく高校生の気持ちを聞かせてもらう事ができました。

学校のご配慮でストーブまでご用意いただき、寒がりの社長も元気に話をしてました(笑)

今年から休日日数を増やし、誰もが働きやすい制度を模索しながら変えていっています！

We visited Hyogo Prefectural Hyogo Technical High School and took part in a company exchange event.

Each group was small, with about nine students, which made it easy to talk and really listen to what the students were thinking and feeling.

Thanks to the school’s kind consideration, they even prepared heaters for us — so our cold-sensitive president was able to talk comfortably and energetically too (lol).

Starting this year, we’ve increased the number of holidays and are continuing to improve our systems to make the workplace more comfortable for everyone.

2026/1/21から、いよいよ土日祝休みの新しいワーキングスタイルが始まりました。有給も含むと1/3はお休みですね。さぁどうなる！？短時間勤務、フレックスタイム制度も含んだ、システム変更も大変だったけれど、なんとか間に合いました。今回タブレットからカメラ起動してQRコードを読み込む機能も実装してみました。ChatGPTと一緒に制作すると余裕ですね☺️

Our new working style finally started on January 21, 2026.
With weekends, national holidays, and paid leave, almost one-third of the year is now off.
So… how will it go?

Updating the system was tough—especially with short-time work and a flex-time system—but we managed to finish everything in time.

This time, we also implemented a new feature that launches the camera on a tablet and reads a QR code.

Working together with ChatGPT definitely makes things easier.
Ha ha…

They moved a 5-ton weight back and forth and side to side — impressive to watch!

血管年齢計　測定週間をしてます！

協会けんぽさんからレンタルできるとの事なので、早速申し込んでみました。

本当に至れり尽くせりで
・測定器
・タブレット
・コピー機(A4用紙まで付いてます！）
・掲示用のパンフレット
が届きました。

全員で測定🤔ドキドキ

継続的に運動しているメンバーの血管年齢は若く、そうでないメンバーはそれなりに・・・

やっぱり激しい運動ではなくても、継続する事が大事なんだなぁ、と感じる事が出来ました。

We’re holding a Vascular Age Measurement Week!

We found out that these devices can be rented from the Japan Health Insurance Association, so we applied right away.

They really provide everything you need:
・The measuring device
・A tablet
・A copier (with A4 paper included!)
・Posters and pamphlets for display

We had everyone give it a try.

Those who exercise regularly showed much younger vascular ages, while those who don’t… well, the results were what you might expect 😅

It reminded us that even light exercise can make a big difference — as long as you keep doing it consistently.

If you’re covered by the Japan Health Insurance Association, definitely give it a try!
