弊社では片耳のイヤホンＯＫとなっていますが、話しかけた時に聞こえなかった場合はＮＧと言うルールとなっています。WIFIも使えるので、通信料を気にしなくてもいいのがＧＯＯＤ👍

It seems like both the flu and sore throats are going around — and it’s spreading even before the flu shots start this year!

This is T-san, who knows the ins and outs of our company’s back area.
At our workplace, using one earphone is allowed, but if someone doesn’t notice when spoken to — that’s a no-go 🚫
Since we have company Wi-Fi, everyone can listen without worrying about data limits — so convenient! 👍

I can’t help but wonder... what kind of music or radio is everyone listening to? 🎶

As for me, the office doesn’t allow earphones — so it’s a little boring sometimes… 🤪

✨What’s changing from 2026 (tentative plan)!✨

Up until now, our company has had two working Saturdays per month,
but we’ve set a new goal for the coming fiscal year — to move toward a five-day workweek (two days off every week).

We’ve been having lots of discussions and exchanging opinions across the team to make this happen smoothly.

To all the small and medium-sized businesses that have already made the shift to a full two-day weekend —

まだユニフォーム半袖！元気だな。
私なんて、長袖の中にヒートテックをすでに着ちゃってますからねっ。
寒がりの社長は、すでにユニフォームの下にライトダウンを着てるのだから、それは早すぎない？？

In this beautiful weather, I spotted one of our young team members carefully working with a grinder…
and somehow, the sight felt almost sacred — so focused and full of purpose. ✨

He’s still wearing short sleeves! So much energy!
Meanwhile, I’m already layering up — long sleeves and a Heattech underneath. 😅
Our president, who gets cold easily, has even started wearing a lightweight down jacket under his uniform… isn’t that a bit early?? 😂

At J.TEC, both the “always hot” and the “always cold” types coexist in perfect balance! ❄️🔥

急に寒くなりましたね。
朝の明石に降り立つと、キンっと冷えた空気を感じます。
神戸市の方が暖かいのが不思議。

治具を取り付けている御意見番さん。
いつも色んな事に気が付き、多方面からの意見を発信してくれるのです。

会社にいると、色んな視点があるんだなぁ・・・と、自分の固まった概念がカッチカチだと気付くことがよくあります。

やっぱり社会と、人と繋がるって、大事ですねぇ😮

When I arrive in Akashi in the morning, I can really feel that crisp, biting air —
it’s funny how Kobe always feels a bit warmer somehow.

Here’s our “advisor” at work, attaching a jig.
He’s the kind of person who always notices the small details and shares thoughtful opinions from different perspectives.

Being in the company, I often realize just how many different ways there are to look at things —
and how rigid my own ideas can sometimes be! 😅

新FMS(横型マシニングセンタ)を入替え

新FMS(横型マシニングセンタ)を入替え工事が終わり、無事に引き渡しと加工がスタートしました。
真夏の暑い時期から3か月ほど掛かり多くの工事関係者の方々にお世話になりました。トラブルも少なく、予定通りに進んだこと、すごいなぁ！と毎日感じてました。
関係者の皆さま、本当にありがとうございました。

即席で作ったビデオですが、FMS入替えの日々を追いかけてみました。
ちゃんと撮れば良かったなぁぁぁ😭

感謝の気持ちと新機械導入のお祝いに、工事の関係者の皆さまへお赤飯と紅白饅頭とお酒をお配りし、稼働しているFMS機を見て頂きました。

もちろん🤤従業員もいただき、夜ご飯に美味しくおいしくいただきました🍚お赤飯モチモチで美味しかったぁ！

お取引先に皆さまへは工事に伴い、納入のご相談やご協力をいただき、本当にありがとうございました。
いよいよ本格稼働・・・の調整中です。

Our new FMS (Horizontal Machining Center) has finally been installed, and operations have officially begun! 🎉

The entire replacement and installation process took about three months, starting in the peak of summer heat.
We were supported by so many people throughout the project — everything went smoothly with minimal trouble, and we stayed right on schedule. Truly impressive work!
To everyone involved in the installation — thank you so much for your hard work and dedication. 🙏

I put together a quick video following the FMS replacement process.
Now I wish I had filmed it properly! 😭

To express our gratitude and celebrate the new machine,
we shared red bean rice (sekihan), red-and-white steamed buns, and sake with everyone who helped with the project.
Of course, our employees enjoyed them too 🤤 — the sekihan was soft, chewy, and absolutely delicious! 🍚

To all our business partners, thank you for your patience, cooperation, and flexibility during the construction period.
We’re now in the final stages of adjustment before full operation begins.

ミカンじゃなくて、スダチです💦

大きなスダチですが、私の手が小さいがために巨大化したスダチの写真😂

毎年、取引先さまよりいただく立派なスダチ。従業員みんなで分けっこして、おいしくいただいています。ありがとうございます🥰

今年はサンマが大漁で、スーパーでもよく見かけるのでスダチをギュッとしぼっていただいた・・・とか、砂糖漬けにしたら皮まで食べられるよ！とか、盛り上がっています。

急に寒いぐらいに気温が下がりましたが、みなさま風邪など引きませんように🤧

It’s not a mikan… it’s a sudachi! 💦🍋

It looks huge, but that’s probably because my hands are small 😂
Every year, we receive these beautiful sudachi from one of our business partners — thank you so much! 🥰
Everyone at the company shares them and enjoys them together.

This year, pacific saury (sanma) is in great supply, so we’ve been talking about squeezing sudachi over grilled fish,
or even making candied sudachi so you can eat the peel too — so many delicious ideas!

The temperature suddenly dropped, and it’s starting to feel really chilly.

秋ですね。
栗が大好きで、ついつい栗のスイーツを買ってしまう🌰甘いものを食べる癖にならないように気を付けないと・・・！

さて課題漫画の「ブルーピリオド」は、どんどん話が進んでいます。

今回の気になるフレーズ
『昔の人って全然違う感覚かと思ってたけど、そこに友達がいても全然違和感ない』

主人公が絵を描くために歴史を勉強しているときに気づいた時の言葉。

確かに、奈良の国宝展で見た江戸時代の仕事の遅刻お詫び書？が展示されてて、その理由が前日に飲まされて寝坊したとか、親が死にかけた・・・とか、もう少しマシな言い訳ないんかーい👋って突っ込みたい理由の数々に親近感が沸いちゃいますよね。

漫画の中でも、文明や環境は変わっても人の気持ちは根本的に変わらないと、解かれるシーンに納得。

It’s finally autumn 🍂
I absolutely love chestnuts, so I can’t resist buying chestnut desserts whenever I see them 🌰
I really need to be careful not to make sweets a daily habit…! 😅

Now, back to our “Blue Period” reading assignment — the story keeps getting deeper and more fascinating.

Here’s a line that caught my attention this time:

“I thought people in the past were totally different,
but it doesn’t feel strange to imagine having friends among them.”

The protagonist says this while studying history to improve his art.

It’s true — when I visited a national treasure exhibition in Nara, I saw a display of Edo-period apology letters for being late to work.
The excuses were things like, “I drank too much last night and overslept,” or “My parent was on the verge of death…”
You can’t help but think, Really? That’s your excuse? 👋😂
But somehow, it feels so relatable.

Even in the manga, there’s a scene where it’s revealed that although civilizations and environments change, people’s feelings and struggles remain the same — and that realization really hits home.

わが社の健康宣言をしました。

社員の平均年齢が少しずつ上がってきています。みんな元気で長く楽しく働ける環境を作るぞ！の想いを見える化に。

これから、健康経営優良法人2026の申請を計画中ですが、色々準備していると、まだまだ出来る事もあるんだなぁと勉強になります。

とは言え、無理をせずに出来る事から少しずつ整えて行きます。

・・・と書いてる自分が、腰痛だなんて💦トホホ。

We’ve officially made our Health Declaration! 💪🌿

Our team’s average age is gradually rising, so we wanted to make our commitment clear —
to create a workplace where everyone can stay healthy, happy, and work for many years to come!

We’re now preparing to apply for the Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization 2026,
and through the process, we’ve realized there’s still so much more we can do to support employee well-being.
It’s been a great learning experience!

That said, we’ll take it one step at a time — no rushing, no overdoing it.
Start small, keep it steady.

…Although I have to admit, I’m writing this while battling back pain myself 💦
Oh, the irony! 😅
